RETURNS :

Did not like what  you had shopped? Changed your mind after receiving your order? No Worries. We respect the fact that many a times you buy a fashion product , but change your mind later and decide not to wear it. We do not want you to regret your purchase decision ever. We value your money and we will not like you to waste your money in buying a product which you will never use. And hence, we offer a very simple 3 step return policy to our customers. A coupon code equivalent to the returned product value will be shared for your future purchase. Below are the 3 steps for returning your Auris Seodra purchases.

  • Inform: You need to share the name and image of the product via email at support@aurisseodra.com within 48 hours from the time you receive your product. We will then approve your return request and then the next step follows.

  • Return: Once you receive our confirmation for your return request approval, you need to ship us the products you wish to return with all the original packaging by keeping it safely back into the box/packaging. The product(s) should be shipped back to us within 3 days from the day we approve your return  request. The cost of shipping the product will be borne by the customer. The product(s) should be in its original and unused condition with intact packaging. We will not be able to process the refund coupon code if the product(s) is damaged or shipped without its original packaging. Please use a reliable courier service for shipping the product(s) and share the tracking details once the products shipped.

  • Refund: The final step starts once we receive the returned package from you. Once we receive your package, we will inform you within 24-48 hours about the receipt. Upon quality check, we will calculate the applicable refund as per our Refund Policy.

Cancellation Policy:

Considering operational challenges, We do not have order cancellations. Request customers to avoid impulsive orders. 

Mode of Refund

  • Refund will be issued as a credit in the form of coupon code only. The coupon code is a one-time use code and cannot be applied again to any other order. The coupon code has a 1-year validity from the date of issuance and can be used any time within the 1 year period for your purchase.
